Naurwen's Journey

i'm kinda moody. i don't know where it's coming from, but somehow it's just not my day, not my time, not my week. whatever.
don't know what to do about it and i don't seem to be able to change it for now. GAH! feels as if i had a personal big grey cloud hanging over my head.

work went ok yesterday. in exactly that moody way and blah.
irish dance went really well, lots of choreography training which was great. did stepper training later, too. go me.
finished reading *Blue Dahlia* which was good but i had enjoyed *Red Lily* even more... on to the next book. :)
got a package from a US-friend of mine yesterday - a slightly delayed xmas present. *lol* it's a small little mini-fountain. with 2 fairies and a baby unicorn. and you can put in water, then turn it on and it circulates. it's SO adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! one of the fairies is holding her foot right under the water, looks so cute. :) and i'm once again amazed at how well US-mail is treated, nothing broken, almost untouched... while mail from and to Germany gets kicked, driven over, stomped by dragons, i don't know. stuff i send there or i get from there usually looks is if having been chewed by a cow or something. mind you if i send something from Germany to Germany (from Konstanz) it arrives alright. what does that tell us? some hysterical Swiss post office workers playing rugby with letters and packages? hello???
what else...
colleague here got me another Nici caterpillar - the witchy one. i'd wanted one for mum as well, SHE wanted one *lol*... so... lucky! yay! they're so so so cute!!!!!!!! with hat and coat and red hair. :D
else didn't do much more yesterday as got home late and went to bed after the additional stepper training. must do some extra as we are getting cake here at work - it's Maribel's birthday. lots of cake. and GOOD cake. mmmh!!!
right, checked the stuff i'm drying yesterday, too - i have a couple of things as i 1. don't get them easily and 2. don't even get the *fresh* plants / herbs mostly... and since mum got roses for xmas at work, we let them dry and now i've taken the petals and am drying them for some more.
